Who are you?

You never miss a trick. Despite an undeniable flair for chicanery and cunning, you rarely jump a red light or park in a handicap zone. Contradictory? Yes. Monkeys are astute and like to be in on everything. If confronted by a seemingly impervious miasma of human complexity, you, nimble-spirited Monkey, will always find the means to restore order. You are the chief problem-solver of the Chinese Zodiac.

You are an invaluable right hand man or woman, You like to be in charge. But you prefer to remain anonymous and rule from behind the scenes. Title and status mean nothing to you. You often amuse others with clever antics and silly jokes. You give an inordinate amount of gifts to those you love. And... you refuse to grow old.

In love, treat yourself to a magnificent Dragon or a go-getting Rat . If I were you, I would never take up with people born in the years of the Goat or the Rooster. Monkeys don't have much time to dawdle. Goats dawdle from dawn to dusk - and then some. A Monkey/Goat marriage will quickly shatter into a million tiny bickerings. The Rooster's desire for strict budgeting will clash with Monkey's versatility and tendency to squander family funds on fun. But luck is with you Monkeys. Aside from those two signs mentioned above, you can get along with almost anybody. You are entertaining and clever and always leave us laughing.

Forever young at heart, there is a Peter Pan quality to Monkeys. You will be first to leap on to the operating table for a face lift, nose job, hair transplant - or all three!

The first and last phases of your life will pass smoothly. Just before age 40, you may experience a sudden loss or a major mid-life crisis. This sinking spell will pass after the age of forty-five.

My advice? Knowing when to bet and when to pass is the secret of winning at those games you so enjoy. Refine your sense of timing through careful, patient observation. You will live longer and better on less if you learn to save your precious energy (and your money) for the big stakes.
